Yurii has more than 20 years of experience in successful implementation of construction projects in Ukraine. He is the founder and head of a group of companies that built residential complexes with built-in office space, parking, etc. in Kyiv, Chernihiv and Irpin. Since 2019, he has been assisting foreign companies to enter the Ukrainian construction market. With his assistance, one of the leading construction companies of Europe registered and successfully realized construction projects in Ukraine.

Yurii is responsible for overall Project coordination and operational management of Hathaway Johnson (Ukraine) LLC. Yurii’s goal is to provide comprehensive support to foreign companies in achieving their goals - from registration of representative office to obtaining and implementing successful projects in Ukraine. He has extensive experience and a qualified team of like-minded people who believe in their business and work to achieve a common goal.

Iryna has been working in corporate sector for 15 years and over 5 years’ experience in organizing the works of foreign companies in Ukraine (including construction holdings and companies providing technical supervision of infrastructure construction). As a fluent speaker & translator of English, Iryna is responsible for communication with the management and officials of foreign companies working in Ukraine. As a deputy director of Hathaway Johnson (Ukraine) LLC in Ukraine, Iryna heads up following areas:

Registration of representative offices of foreign companies in Ukraine, recruitment, obtaining necessary work permits in Ukraine for foreign employees and office management. Lead team of professional at Tender department and public procurement procedures, participation in auctions, conclusion of contracts with clients and contractors, Supervision of contracted works.

Lidiia comes with more than 15 years of corporate experience and speaks German in addition to fluent English. She has previously worked as a director of representative office of a foreign company in Ukraine that provided technical supervision of construction of roads of international importance.

She was instrumental in successful implementation of the multiple projects in Ukraine on behalf of foreign client company. Lidiia also has an excellent work experience in consulting firm that specializes in working in a work environment financed by international financial institutions. Lidiia’s sharp knowledge of making top notch presentation to clients & stakeholders and implementation of projects of various international companies in the Ukrainian market, supporting their business activities (participation in tenders, signing contracts, etc.) is a huge gain to Hathaway Johnson team that she is part of our team of experts. Lidiia focuses on tangible results for our clients.

Maxim is an attorney-at-law, partner and co-owner of ASA Group, a law firm among the top 50 law firms in Ukraine. Head of construction, real estate and land relations practice. He speaks at international and Ukrainian forums: Big Money, Ukrainian Construction Forum and others. Maxim has more than 15 years of experience in the legal sphere. One of many highlights of his work performed at ASA Group was he helped relocate Ukrainian businesses to western Ukraine, EU and UK during the full-scale invasion in 2022.

Maxim also supports Iryna’s team with the work of representative offices of foreign companies in Ukraine.

Natalia has more than 15 years of experience as an accountant in services, manufacturing and agro-industrial complex, as well as 10 years of experience as an economist and head of department in the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine. She has practical experience in all areas of accounting, financial and managerial accounting, foreign economic activity, tax and statistical reporting to regulatory authorities, interaction with government agencies on obtaining grants, subsidies, subsidies, compensations, participation in auctions.

Natalia was a member of working groups in state interdepartmental commissions on state pricing policy and tariff formation on housing and communal services, participated in inspections of enterprises and organizations on the correctness of pricing, has experience of active interaction with central government bodies, local executive authorities and local self-government bodies on economic issues.
