Mr. David Sherman

Chairman

David Sherman is a highly experienced Professional in Telecommunication industry who has over 25 years of experience in building & managing companies in various countries including the UK, France, Switzerland & in Africa. David’s recent appointments includes Telecom advisor to LYCA Mobile Chairman, who was instrumental & managed sale of LYCA’s Spanish mobile operator to MasMovil for multi hundred million Euro deal. David held various senior management roles including COO and CEOs of various telco related companies.David completed his higher education in France and has an MBA from IFG (Institut Francais de Gestion) in Lyon.

As a Chairman & Non-Executive Director, David will bring his enormous corporate world experiences to Hathaway Johnson & will advise the company in terms of corporate governance and strategic direction of the company.

Dr. Ganesh Sharma

GP Partner, Melrose Surgery, Reading (Non executive Director)

Dr Ganesh Sharma is a managing partner of a General Practice based in Reading who has been a medical practitioner of over 20 years. Dr Ganesh worked at various hospital settings prior to qualification as a GP in England & Wales, over 15 years ago.

Hathaway Johnson will receive advise from Dr Ganesh on Health & Care related areas including on compliance.

Eng. Mr. Deniz Manis

General Director – Europe

Deniz comes with 20+ years’ experience in entrepreneurship, managing operations and development projects in Europe, Asia and Africa.

He started his career with planning of construction projects as an Architect/Engineer, rising to the position of Manager director of Capital Projects. He has extensive experience in international project, personal management, strategic planning, and business consulting.

Deniz heads European operation for Hathaway Johnson’s European operation.

Rosan Sapkota, FCCA

CEO

Rosan Sapkota has been in the service industry for over 25 years which includes in Education & Training, Recruitment and Hospitality. Rosan has held various senior portfolio at different medium to large multinational companies in the UK, also an ownership of businesses in service industry.

Rosan is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) & also a member of Institute of Hospitality (IoH) UK.

Rosan will provide hands on leadership & strategic direction to the company to establish itself as a trusted & well-known recruitment solution provider in the UK and Europe.
